Frank Ocean has surprised fans with the early release of his new album Channel Orange.

Frank Ocean has surprised fans with the early release of his new album Channel Orange.
Just before Ocean's performance of Bad Religion on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon Monday night, the host made a surprise announcement that Channel Orange was now available on iTunes a week ahead of the 17 July in-store release date.
Ocean made this surprise move after coming out in an open letter posted on Tumblr last week. In the letter, Ocean describes how his first love was a man he met when he was 19. Ocean has not specified whether he considers himself bisexual or gay.
In his first ever televised performance, Ocean crooned lines hauntingly applicable to his announcement, including: "I can't tell you the truth about my disguise, I can't trust no one," and "It's a bad religion to be in love with one who could never love you back."
Since coming out, Ocean has received support from high-profile musicians including Jay-Z, Beyonce and Russell Simmons.
Channel Orange is Ocean's major label debut and includes appearances by Andre 3000 and John Mayer. The album follows his 2011 mixtape Nostalgia, Ultra which he leaked on his Tumblr because he was frustrated with his label Def Jam, who also produced Channel Orange.Original Source-The Guardian
